Return and Refund
1. Return Policy for Non-Personalized Items (Clothing, Bags, Accessories)
We accept returns for most non-personalized items under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@byllionesline.com to request a Return Authorization or send us your order number in the Return Label Page. Once authorized, we will provide the return shipping address.

Return Shipping: The return label will be provided by us, as well as the cost of the shipping.
2. Return Policy for Personalized Items (Embroidered Clothing, Customized Phone Cases, etc.)
Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or the customization was incorrect due to an error on our part.

Eligibility: If you receive a faulty or incorrect personalized item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund after we verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions: Customized designs, including phone cases and embroidered clothing, cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.

If your return is rejected (due to condition, timing, etc.), the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return

Personalized or customized items (unless defective or incorrect).

Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.

Items without a valid Return Authorization.
6. Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
Bylliones Line is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns of high-value items.
